Sign Makers Insurance policies are flexible policies designed specifically for sign makers and cover a wide range of needs.

As the policy is flexible, you can select individual covers such as machinery (including CNC machinery), stock, buildings, contents, public / product liability, employers' liability, goods in transit, business interruption, loss of book debts, and money.

You can also extend your policy to include optional add on covers such as commercial legal expenses cover and directors and officers management liability cover.

The typical perils covered under this type of policy at your premises include fire, theft, storm, flood, escape of water, riot/civil commotion, and impact, however many of our insurers provide cover on a more comprehensive 'Commercial All Risks' basis which also includes accidental loss of or damage to property.

Public and products liability can be included for typical limits of £1M, £2M and £5M and covers your legal liability for injury to members of the public or third party property damage whilst carrying out your work or as a result of the products you supply. If you employ staff, employers' liability cover is required by law and insurers will provide £10M limit of indemnity as standard as part of your cover. If you are also involved in installation, the policy will provide cover up to 15 metres in height as standard, however, higher height limits are available if required.

Discounts may also available if you are a member of the British Sign and Graphics Association (BSGA) or hold any other other accreditations.
