Public Liability Insurance

Public Liability Insurance covers you or your company's legal liability in the event of injury, illness or disease to any member of the public and/or loss of or damage to their property.

In the UK, it is estimated that up to 1 million public liability insurance claims are made each year and the trend is growing rapidly as more people become increasingly aware of their right to seek compensation.

There are 3 different levels of public liability insurance available as standard - £1,000,000, £2,000,000 and £5,000,000 so you can match the level of public liability insurance cover to your business needs. We can also arrange additional cover should this be required.

Product Liability Insurance

Product Liability Insurance provides cover in respect of legal liability arising from products sold or supplied, or work or services which you have undertaken in the course of your business up to the selected amount of cover during any one period of insurance.

Limits of cover for product liability insurance usually mirror public liability insurance limits of indemnity and again are usually £1,000,000, £2,000,000 and £5,000,000.

Employers Liability Insurance

Employers Liability Insurance protects your company against your legal liability for injury, illness or disease to any employee.

Employers liability insurance is required by Law in the UK if you employ staff and the usual limit of indemnity for this type of insurance is £10 million in respect of all claims arising from one cause.
