Product Liability Insurance

Many of our public liability policies automatically include products liability cover automatically. Product Liability Insurance provides cover in respect of legal liability arising from products sold or supplied, or work or services which you have undertaken in the course of your business up to the selected amount of cover during any one period of insurance.

Limits of cover for product liability insurance usually mirror public liability insurance limits of indemnity and again are usually £1,000,000, £2,000,000 and £5,000,000.

Employers' Liability Insurance

Employers' liability insurance is required by Law in the UK if you employ staff and the usual limit of indemnity for this type of insurance is £10 million in respect of all claims arising from one cause.
